Curls by Sister Smith - Wet Set Pudding

Really - all I can say is - WOW!!! I'm in love! Seriously -  I don't ever want to be without this product, it's just that fabulous!!

It does everything my ecostyler clear does, but without the crunch and without the crazy chemicals that I can hardly pronounce!! I'm literally blown away,  and I keep wondering, why oh why, did it take me this long to order this product??

As most of you have probably already heard - if you frequent the hair boards or watch youtube - the CBSS-WSP is creamy in consistency. It smoothes onto the  hair with very little effort. I mean, to me it felt like I was applying a very nice, rich & creamy conditioner. Before applying I hadn't detangled so I had lots of little knots and kinks to contend with, but this stuff just melted right through them.

There was no greasy or sticky feeling on my hair after it was applied, and when it dried...SOFT lovely curls!! I'm talking nicely defined and soft to the touch curls - now you can't beat that!!

I'm sitting here wondering why this product doesn't get the hype that it truly  deserves? And, for the price of only $5.50 for an 8 oz jar - gah - where are the crazy "smiley faces" when you need one, LOL?

So, if you haven't surmised it by now, this little darling is a keeper. Try it - if you  haven't already -  even it's just so you can say you did. I think you'll really like it!

The ingredients, according to the CBSS website, says: Glycerin, Aloe Vera and Olive oil - that's it!

When I was applying it, I felt really good about the fact that I was using more natural ingredients on my hair.

All in all, I simply can not give the Wet Set Pudding enough praises!!

To find out more, go to the Curls By Sister Smith website.

Ciao!!

Hey there,

I tried this product when I first went natural in February 2008 and HATED it.

It left my hair feeling like it had a rubber coating.

I've since thought that maybe what I got was old because I got it on a non-NC swap board.

Hmmm!

Ya'll always trying to make some body junkie habits resurface. lol

Hmmm, rubber coating? Yeah, that's odd. Perhaps it really was an old batch. I like it - it doesn't have a lot of hold, but it does make my hair feel soft.

LOL, at the PJ'ing habit, I 'm the same way, hahaha. Maybe I'll have to hook you up with a small sample so you can test it again;).

This stuff reminds my of what Miss Jessie's Curly Pudding was like before the formula was changed.

What I really like about Sister Smith is the price!!! A jar of Wet Set cost nothing compare to other products for curly hair.

I never got a chance to try Miss jessie's old products - I wish I had.

Yeah, the price is right there for me. I'm stocking up:).

If you go to youtube toe the member teshonandfamily she does a review that she shows how if you mix the Qhemet Biologics Olive and Honey with Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera Gel that you get the same results of the Curls by Sister Smith she shows you and everything. Since you already have the QB, I don't think thee FOTE Aloe Vera Gel is that expensive so if it does not work you have lost that much.
